Making A Purchase

Conditions of sale:

When you purchase from www.breathesafe.uk.com, you are contracting with OGM Limited. All orders placed via the on-line store are subject to OGM Limited’s standard conditions of sale, which you can download here.

Sale process:

At present we can only accept on-line orders for despatch to UK addresses. Please contact us for International pricing and delivery information. 

All prices are clearly identifiable for each item. VAT at the rate current at the date of purchase will be added to your order.

OGM Limited cannot guarantee that items are in stock at time of order placement. If items you have ordered are not in stock, our sales office will contact you following your order confirmation.

You have at all times in the order process up to the point where you are requested to “confirm purchase” the option to change or cancel your order. The contract will be filled by OGM Limited. The contract will not be visible via the on-line store. The on-line store operates only in the English language. All contracts are subject to English law.

Shipping And Handling

Items to the UK will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class ‘Recorded Signed For™’. This allows us to track the shipment and provides proof of delivery for your peace of mind. If you require any special delivery options please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery charges to the UK are as detailed on the BreatheSafe website. Please contact us for information on International delivery charges.

Delivery Schedule

If stock is available, your on-line order will be despatched within 1-2 working days (nearest possible working day over Weekends/Bank Holidays). * If the item is not in stock within this period, we will notify you as soon as possible with an expected despatch date.
*Excluding annual shutdown period between Christmas and New Year.

Credit Card Security

When you select the PayPal ‘Buy Now’ option, you are transferred to the PayPal website where credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach the PayPal payment processing system. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Privacy Policy

OGM Limited do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than our shipping and transaction agents.

Returns Policy

We hope that you will be pleased with your product but we understand that there may be a reason you are not satisfied with it.

You may return your order in its original condition within 30 days of receiving it. You will be responsible for the item or items until it reaches us. So we recommend for your own protection that you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature on delivery.

If you return your product in its original condition, we will refund you any money that you have paid for the product. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. Any goods damaged due to use or poor return packaging will not be credited.

If the item you return to us is faulty or which you did not order or for any other reason that is our fault, you must let us know within 3 days of receipt and we will pay you the cost of the return postage up to our normal carriage charge (please contact us for details).

In all circumstances please contact us as soon as possible and we will advise.
